Check-in is from 4.00pm.
Guests wishing to arrive earlier may park in the car park and return later to check in.
Check out is by 10.30am.
Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.30am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, or amendments, must be made in writing - either by email or by post - and acknowledged by Green Haven.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to three clear days / seventy-two hours before check-in. Thereafter, the full price is payable.
Reservations
When making a reservation by telephone, e-mail or in person, we require customer credit or debit card information to secure the booking. No deposit or payment will be charged to the card. Payment is made on check-in. If, however, cancellation occurs, under the terms outlined above, the card will be charged accordingly.
Please be aware that during busy periods, there is a two-night minimum stay required at weekends.
Payment
Major credit cards are accepted (except Diners). Cash payments are always welcome.
